This is a dual-role position, combining hands-on project management with leadership of Agile delivery practices across multiple teams. The successful candidate will not only act as Scrum Master-coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement-but will also take full ownership of delivering a portfolio of projects. The role is based in our Northampton office, although London-based candidates will also be considered. We offer hybrid working, with three days per week in the office and two days from home., * Lead the development and continuous improvement of Agile/Scrum methodologies, frameworks, and processes * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives * Act as Scrum Master for delivery teams, removing blockers and enabling high performance * Coach and mentor Project Teams and Product Owners to enhance Agile maturity and capability * Establish and maintain product backlogs and supporting artefacts to track progress and performance * Provide clear, timely reporting on Agile delivery performance to stakeholders * Assess team and individual Agile maturity and implement improvement plans where needed * Manage the delivery of projects using both Agile approaches * Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams including Development, Infrastructure, and Support * Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery and change adoption * Manage third-party vendors where required, We are committed to ensuring you have the best career here at Sage.
