## About the Role

Do you have experience in CRM software?, * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the healthcare sector (Private or Public)

 * Track record of delivering complex projects (e.g. CRM, EPR, digital transformation, system implementations)
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
 * Experience managing budgets, risks, and project governance
 * Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent methodologies, * Project Management: 5 years (required)
 * CRM software: 1 year (required)

## Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery of transformation and technology projects across our client portfolio.

You will play a critical role in managing end-to-end project delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in complex environments., * Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure

 * Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
 * Engage and manage stakeholders across organisations, suppliers, and internal teams
 * Deliver healthcare IT and transformation projects (e.g. CRM, EPR, digital transformation, operational change)
 * Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards
 * Facilitate governance, reporting, and steering group updates
 * Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
 * Support business development activities where appropriate
