## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Team management?, We're seeking someone who can bring strong leadership and a passion for delivering excellent care outcomes.

You will have:

 * Experience managing or supervising staff in a social care setting
 * Experience supporting adults with complex needs
 * Strong leadership and team management skills
 * Knowledge of social care frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g. CQC)
 * Ability to manage resources effectively and drive performance
 * Excellent communication and partnership working skills
 * Confidence in using IT systems to support service delivery
 * Uk driving license, this is not essential however this post requires you to work with staff in the community across the city of Sheffield, * NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it, * Collaboration- working in partnership to achieve the best outcomes
 * Communication- being open, clear and inclusive
 * Innovation- continually improving how we deliver services, If you're passionate about leading teams and improving outcomes for adults in the community, we'd love to hear from you.

## Description

* Leading and managing a team of Support Workers to deliver safe, responsive and high-quality care
 * Overseeing support plans tailored to individuals, including those with complex or changing needs
 * Ensuring services meet and exceed regulatory standards and best practice
 * Managing resources effectively to support efficient service delivery
 * Driving performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
 * Working collaboratively with partners and multidisciplinary teams
 * Supporting service development and contributing to strategic planning
 * Providing cover for other Support Managers and attending key meetings when required
