As a Security, Identity & Access Manager, you'll lead the delivery of secure access controls across complex cloud platforms, ensuring services remain resilient, compliant, and secure. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team leadership to shape how identity and privileged access is managed at scale. This role requires 3 days in office & can be based in either Manchester or Ipswich SC Clearance eligibility is required What you'll be doing * Lead the delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) across Network Cloud * Provide day-to-day leadership to a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on technically * Design and implement secure access controls across platforms (Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes) * Own and operate privileged access solutions (e.g. CyberArk) * Enforce least privilege, RBAC, and secure authentication (SSO, MFA) * Drive automation of account lifecycle management using tooling and pipelines * Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. TSA) * Support audit and risk management activities, including resolving findings * Collaborate with engineering, security, and vendor teams to improve secure-by-design practices ## Related Videos - [Dev & Test in the Cloud?
