This is a development role within a collaborative team environment, designed to build your knowledge and experience across event technology and digital delivery. You will contribute to the build and delivery of platforms, supporting multiple corporate accounts from initial brief through to final delivery. With guidance from senior team members, you will take ownership of defined tasks while developing a broader understanding of platform solutions and client requirements. You will play a key supporting role within the wider production team, helping to ensure quality, effective communication, and smooth delivery across all platform elements. What you'll do … * Support the interpretation of client briefs and platform requirements alongside Platform Managers * Assist in the setup and configuration of event platforms, including registration, content, and communications * Contribute to building elements such as agendas, attendee journeys, and engagement tools (e.g. polling, Q&A) * Support the design and implementation of the audience journey across the platform * Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and functionality across all platform elements * Support testing processes, including internal reviews and client demonstrations * Assist in maintaining project documentation (project plans, trackers, notes, timelines) * Track and manage assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met * Support the creation, maintenance, and interpretation of event reports, including project finances, platform analytics, and post-event insights * Assist with budget management, including tracking costs, updating budget documents, and supporting financial administration processes (e.g. POs, reconciliations) * Work collaboratively with internal teams (production, creative, digital, client services) * Attend internal and client meetings where required, supporting with notes and follow-ups * Support platform delivery during live, hybrid, and virtual events (onsite or remote where required) * Escalate risks or issues to Platform Managers in a timely manner ## Related Videos - [Developers don't need onboarding, do they?
