## Description

In dieser Schlüsselrolle schärfst du gemeinsam mit den Gründern unsere Produktstrategie und bist die treibende Kraft an der Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Customer Success und Engineering.

 * Strategie & Vision: Du entwickelst die Roadmap weiter und etablierst Famedly als Goldstandard im klinischen Alltag.
 * Product Leadership: Du führst fachlich unser Produktteam und optimierst Prozesse (Discovery & Delivery).
 * Voice of the Customer: Du übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen von Ärzt:innen und Pflegekräften in präzise technische Konzepte.
 * Priorisierung: Du balancierst geschickt zwischen regulatorischen Vorgaben (TI, DSGVO), Kundenwünschen und langfristigen Zielen.
