## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik / Wirtschaftsinformatik

 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit fließenden Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen

## Description

* Verantwortung für den reibungslosen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb aller IT-Systeme (insbesondere Microsoft 365 und SAP) als zentraler Inhouse-Ansprechpartner
 * Gezielte Auswahl, Steuerung und Kontrolle des primären externen IT-Dienstleisters inklusive Vertrags- und SLA-Management
 * Lösungsorientierte Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung von IT-Anforderungen sowie die Planung und Leitung von internen IT-Projekten
 * Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Überwachung von IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz und branchenspezifischen Compliance-Anforderungen (GxP)
 * Erstellung und Verwaltung des IT-Budgets sowie die strategische Weiterentwicklung der internen IT-Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
