Delivery Oversight & Governance * Provide executive oversight on project delivery, ensuring adherence to SDLC practices, quality standards, and timelines. * Partner with technical delivery leaders and project managers to translate business requirements into actionable project plans. * Review and validate deliverables before client submission, maintaining accountability for delivery excellence. * Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. * Proactively address risks, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
