## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong customer service and communication skills- both oral and written

 * Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
 * Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Operating Systems
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
 * Technical aptitude with proficient PC literacy skills
 * Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
 * Ability to multitask at a high level while managing your time wisely
 * Willingness to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced work environment where priorities may constantly change
 * Enthusiasm and desire to learn
 * Work well in a team environment

Education:High school diploma or equivalent

## Description

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people oriented. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team, providers, and clients to keep projects on track and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. A self-starter mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

This is a full-time, onsite position based out of our Town and Country, MO office.

Primary Job Responsibilities:(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work for this position and are not all inclusive)

 * Oversee project development from conception to completion
 * Interfacing with carriers/vendors
 * Scheduling of third parties/vendors
 * Customer communication and updates
 * Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs
 * Educate and elevate: Help our customers understand the technology available to them and how to best leverage it for their needs
 * Manage complex tasks that require independent problem solving within a provided framework
 * Document services and installations by keeping accurate records
 * Travel to client sites to meet third party vendors and ensure a smooth installation
 * Participate in installs and onsite project implementation
 * Conduct troubleshooting of technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
 * Provide backup support to our help desk
 * Complete other duties as assigned
