## Description

Blu Omega is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to support a federal program focused on space communications. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for configuration, declarative development, and solution build-out within Salesforce. The position requires experience supporting Salesforce solutions, workflows, and user experience enhancements. OmniStudio experience is strongly preferred and may be a deciding factor.

Mission overview: Supporting acquisition and management of satellite communications services for the U.S. Army and Space Force, overseeing validation, funding, and payment workflows.

Key Details:
Remote-first with optional two days/week in Arlington, VA
Clearance: U.S. Citizen / Clearance-eligible
Work Authorization: Employee must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities

 * Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, flows, and permission sets
 * Build and optimize workflows and business process automation
 * Contribute to solution design and collaborate closely with senior engineers
 * Support the re-standup of an existing Salesforce implementation
 * Assist in delivering new application capabilities and enhancements
