Do you have experience in Teamwork?, This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in GIS, enterprise applications, or IT systems support who enjoy solving technical problems and working with cross-functional teams., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

 * 1-2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, GIS systems, or IT infrastructure.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
 * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite., Experience with one or more of the following:
 * ESRI ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online)
 * Schneider Electric ArcFM
 * CGI ARM Work Management System
 * ABB Service Suite
 * SAP/ERP integrations
 * Python
 * Oracle PL/SQL
 * Windows, Linux, and Citrix administration
 * UNIX Shell Scripting
 * ArcGIS SDE
 * ESRI Utility Network or Geometric Network
 * Mobile or web application development, * Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * A collaborative team player with a passion for technology and continuous learning.

## Description

* Support and maintain enterprise GIS, Work Management, and Mobile Field applications.
 * Install, configure, test, and deploy software in Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments.
 * Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues.
 * Develop, test, and implement application enhancements and configurations.
 * Provide technical support and training to end users.
 * Work with infrastructure and database teams on server maintenance, system updates, backups, and performance improvements.
 * Support integrations with enterprise applications, including ERP systems.
 * Document technical procedures, configurations, and support processes.
 * Participate in an on-call rotation to support a 24/7 production environment.
