Our advanced remote monitoring and management software will alert you to potential problems as well as critical issues. You will assess, diagnose and remediate the issue. Some remediation may be done remotely, some may require a visit to the client's office. You will be able to work from home when appropriate, as long as you can drive to client sites on a moment's notice when needed.
