Technical Skills * Strong understanding of enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) frameworks and operational processes. * Proficiency in IBM/Rocket ITOM platform administration and configuration. * Experience with report scheduling, output formatting, and automated distribution processes. * Familiarity with ITSM ticket management workflows and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes. Soft Skills * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision. Experience Level * 3-5 years of relevant IBM/Rocket ITOM administration experience. * Senior-level individual contributor with the ability to work independently and support enterprise-scale reporting operations. ## Description We are seeking an experienced IBM ITOM Engineer to support the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of an enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) reporting environment.
