* Own Workday architecture, configuration, and ongoing system optimization
 * Administer Core HCM including business processes, security, and calculated fields
 * Build and maintain integrations with systems like Greenhouse, Deel, and 15Five
 * Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions (Prism, People Analytics)
 * Lead Workday releases including testing, deployment, and feature enhancements
 * Translate business needs into scalable system and reporting solutions
