Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. ## Description The Cloud Engineer I will participate in the management of cloud-based workloads. The ideal candidate will have basic understanding of cloud services, and, under the direction of senior team members, assist in deploying and managing workloads into various cloud platforms. Responsibilities: Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the workload being migrated and deployed to the cloud. Automate tasks and processes. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, reliability, and security. Incorporate security requirements into workload implementations. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, security, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure. Maintain environment documentation and runbooks. Maintain and implement business continuity policies for cloud workloads. Maintain regular, predictable attendance. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs. Demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude toward company and department goals.
