Work Conditions and Other Considerations * May require occasional travel to client sites. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. * Must maintain a suitable workspace for remote work when needed. * Willingness to participate in after-hours or on-call rotation if required. ## Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Level 1 Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance. You will troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, provide on-site and remote support, and escalate more complex problems as needed.
