## About the Role

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and an organized and efficient work product., * Minimum 2+years of relevant experience.

 * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sports Management, Construction Management, Event Management, or related field or equivalent work experience
 * Familiarity with sports and major event planning preferred.
 * Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools advantageous.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
 * Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Demonstrated commitment to co-creation and collaborative decision-making
 * Ability to travel to venues and work on-site as needed.
 * General support to the Venue Development team.

## Description

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Venue Infrastructure Delivery, the Associate, Venue Infrastructure Delivery will support the planning and coordination of venue design subfunctions within a group of venues. This role will focus on team support, monitoring project timelines and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders., Venue Planning & Development

 * Collaborate with internal functional areas (FAs) to support the development of venue design
 * Support the maintenance of project plans for venue design and infrastructure development to align with overall Games timelines

Operational Coordination

 * Support the integration of cross-functional requirements (e.g., ticketing, hospitality, security, sport) into venue design processes
 * Assist in preparing materials and coordinating venue-specific workshops with internal and external stakeholders
 * Track action items, deliverables, and follow-ups to support timely project execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 * Work closely with key FAs, including Event Management, Operational Departments, and Sport, to ensure cohesive planning and delivery of venue infrastructure
 * Support problem-solving efforts related to venue planning and execution
 * Manage functional area requests and outputs across the Venue Development team
 * Support reporting processes, including preparation of presentations, updates, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
