This role is responsible for handling escalated support tickets, troubleshooting complex network issues, and designing and implementing network solutions for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate is experienced in multi-vendor environments, thrives in fast-paced MSP settings, and is passionate about delivering reliable, secure, and scalable network solutions.
