Preferred Qualifications * Associate degree in a technical, manufacturing, quality, or related field. * Previous experience in a manufacturing quality role. * Experience with quality audits, inspections, and corrective action processes. * Experience using precision measuring and metrology equipment. * Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices. Physical Requirements * Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods during the work shift. * Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs or ladders. * Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. * Ability to use hands and fingers to operate measuring equipment and inspection tools. * Ability to visually inspect products and identify defects or quality issues. * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, dust, and varying temperatures. * Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear., * Can you consistently lift up to 50 pounds? * Are you proficient in Microsoft Office applications? ## Description Advanced Fiber Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support our quality management system and production operations. This hands-on position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, supporting manufacturing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
