Advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus. Preferred Skills: * Experience integrating BI/analytics with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Claude, or custom portals via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar. * Azure OpenAI, Databricks AI/ML, or similar AI platforms. * Alteryx and data governance tools. * Certifications in Databricks, Fabric, and Power BI a plus (Tableau, AWS, SAP HANA also valued). * Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management. ## Description Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Business Intelligence and AI Platform Administrator for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role. Also open to Lehi, UT., Hands-on administrator for our enterprise BI, analytics, and AI platforms, with Databricks at the core as a major, strategic data source for reporting and analytics and the foundation for AI enablement.
