This role combines business analysis, data analytics, and systems support, enabling operational efficiency and strategic insights across technology, finance, and business teams. The opportunity: * Design, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support business, financial, and operational insights. * Analyze large and complex datasets (20,000+ records) to identify trends, improve forecasting accuracy, and support leadership decision-making. * Act as a business systems liaison, gathering requirements, tracking enhancements, and coordinating with developers and third-party vendors. * Support system integration testing (SIT) and validate fixes for defects and enhancements across web and enterprise platforms. * Automate manual and repetitive processes using VBA, SQL, and Python, significantly reducing processing time and improving data accuracy. * Manage and resolve high-volume support cases, ensuring timely closure and adherence to service-level expectations. * Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and summaries for senior stakeholders. * Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Product, and Communications teams to deliver scalable and user-focused solutions.
