Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and writing efficient queries. Familiarity with source control workflows (Git) and collaborative development practices. Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing. Track record of delivering working, quality software in a team environment. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work through technical challenges independently and collaboratively. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to receive mentorship and incorporate feedback. Reliability and ownership of assigned work in a fast-paced environment.
