Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MSIS, or related). * Experience in a hospital IT environment or clinical technology setting. * Familiarity with EHR systems, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Ivanti), and asset management tools. * Knowledge of HIPAA, cybersecurity standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements. * Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification. ## Description Howard University Hospital is seeking an IT Business Operations Manager to lead the business and operational backbone of our Information Technology department. In this role, you will own financial planning, procurement, vendor management, asset lifecycle, policy development, and the operational workflows that keep clinical and administrative technology running reliably. You will partner across IT leadership, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance, and clinical operations to ensure technology services are delivered securely, efficiently, and in support of exceptional patient care.
