Equivalent hands-on experience, technical certifications, or demonstrated technical aptitude will also be considered. * Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Exchange Online. * Familiarity with Windows 10/11 setup and troubleshooting. * Experience with help desk ticketing systems or remote management tools. * Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, IP addresses, VPNs, and printers. * Prior internship, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience is helpful but not required. * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or other relevant technical certifications are a plus. ## Description The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-line technical support to internal company employees and assisting with the provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of company computer systems. This is an entry-level IT role suited for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in improving their technical skills in a business IT environment. The primary focus of this position will be preparing computers and user accounts for new employees, assisting with hardware and software setup, responding to internal support requests, and escalating more complex issues when needed.
