Months/Years of Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience administering and developing enterprise business applications., * U.S. Citizenship. * Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. * Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM (Field Service Management), and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). * Experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, ERP, or enterprise business systems. * Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, or comparable platforms. * Strong knowledge of workflow automation, process improvement, business systems integration, and enterprise asset management. * Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting tools, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations. * Experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and business intelligence solutions. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. * Periodic travel may be required for company meetings, training events, customer engagements, and business needs, * Experience supporting government contracting organizations. * Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and government contractor business processes. * Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management). * Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). * Active security clearance or previous experience working in a cleared environment.
