This role is responsible for ensuring all products and components meet defined quality standards prior to release or use in production., * Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related hands-on field. 3-5 years of relevant hands-on manufacturing experience accepted in lieu of degree. * Familiarity with manufacturing/production workflows from raw materials to finished goods Technical Skills: * Proficiency with technology, including computers, tablets, or mobile devices (Apple iOS and/or Android) * Ability to log and track data accurately in management systems * Comfort with standard office software and digital documentation tools * Clear written and verbal communication skills Soft Skills: * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to flag issues proactively * Strong organizational and documentation skills * Problem-solving and critical thinking * Curiosity and willingness to ask questions * Accountability and consistency in execution * Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Preferred Skills: * Hands-on experience using inspection and measurement tools in a production setting * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications * Experience inspecting metal, wood, or mechanical components * Familiarity with digital QA systems (e.g., FastField or similar) * Exposure to ISO 9001 or other quality management systems * Experience in custom, small-batch, or artisan manufacturing environments Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs., as needed * Manual dexterity for handling parts and inspection tools ## Description Position Summary: The QA Technician will work closely with the QA Manager and cross-functional teams to execute inspections, document results, and identify quality issues early in the manufacturing process.
