This position offers broad exposure across PFM's Financial Advisory and Consulting businesses through design, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365, Power Apps, ClickDimensions, and related technologies. This role is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness of the business processes, systems, and tools that support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. A key focus of the position is identifying opportunities to automate and improve processes, user experiences, data models, workflows, and reporting to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall user satisfaction.
