Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or any related field or equivalent experience of four years; * Scrum Master certifications (CSM or PSM I) required; SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe 5 Lean Portfolio Manager, SAFe 5 Practitioner certifications are highly desirable. * Minimum Seven (7) years professional experience in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role. * Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices within teams or organizations. * Experience with Azure DevOps required. ## Description The Agile Coach is responsible for guiding teams, leaders, and the organization in adopting and sustaining Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation while enabling teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
