 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or other related degree.

Required Years of Experience:

 * System Administrator Tier 2 will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and Sec+, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP).

Required Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.:

 * Experienced with performing patch and vulnerability management.
 * Experienced with troubleshooting applications and end user device issues, servers, and databases.
 * Familiar with networking concepts to include, but not limited to, VLANs, firewalls, subnets, DNS, and IPv4.
 * Familiar with Azure/AWS/Google cloud computing concepts.
 * Experience with device configuration and installations such as desktops, servers, DC's, PDU's, UPS, etc.
 * Experience working with PowerShell, Backup solutions, Maximo, ServiceNow.
 * Familiar with automation tools.
 * Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a NASA background investigation
 * Must be able to pass initial and random drug testing
 * Must demonstrate expertise in IT Enterprise Operations
 * Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, and Linux
 * Experience with SIEM, and flaw remediation tools.
 * Excellent customer service skills
 * Experience troubleshooting network related issues
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills
 * Works under general supervision

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, Technical Experience, Certifications, etc.:

 * CompTIA: Network+; Security+
 * Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification (or 8140)
 * Microsoft 365 Administrator certifications
 * Azure/AWS certifications CCNA/Juniper certifications
