 * Interest in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Technology
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills

## Description

The Junior Business Development Associate will support business growth by helping identify new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting with day-to-day sales activities. You will work closely with senior team members, recruiters, and leadership while learning the fundamentals of technology sales and staffing., Business Development Support

 * Research companies and identify potential clients with hiring or project needs
 * Assist with outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
 * Help maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM records
 * Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients

Client & Team Coordination

 * Support communication with clients and internal recruiting teams
 * Assist with gathering job requirements and candidate information
 * Help ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring process
 * Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates

Sales & Administrative Support

 * Assist with follow-ups, proposals, and client documentation
 * Track business development activities and opportunity updates
 * Support onboarding coordination and general sales operations
