## About the Role

Do you have experience in Staff policy implementation?, * Familiarity with OPWDD regulations and implementation of policies and procedures

 * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in a written manner
 * Microsoft Office experience; particular familiarity with the use of Microsoft Excel
 * Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
 * Ability to organize, schedule, prioritize and utilize time effectively
 * Excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism

Required Experience:

 * Familiarity with OPWDD regulations and practices
 * Minimum 2 years in a Quality Assurance role, preferred
 * Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools, preferred
