Position Status: Full-time, regular business hours, exempt ## Description Summary of Position: The Senior Systems and Network Engineer is responsible for supporting, improving, and modernizing Blach Construction's core technology infrastructure across network, server, virtualization, endpoint, security, cloud, and business application environments. This hands-on role requires strong technical judgment, accountability, and the ability to operate effectively within a small, business-critical IT team serving Blach's San Jose headquarters, remote offices, and active job sites.
