The ideal candidate will have experience in Office 365 administration, Point of Sale systems, Help Desk support, structured cabling, and troubleshooting across various operating systems and hardware. This role involves networking, camera and alarm system installation and configuration, server management, and collaboration with IT vendors., * Solid hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune). * Experience installing and troubleshooting POS systems in a retail or hospitality environment. * Proficiency with Windows OS and macOS configuration and troubleshooting. * Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and firewall rule management. * Experience with structured cabling standards and physical network infrastructure. * Familiarity with server setup, administration (Windows Server preferred), and patch management. * Comfort with IP camera and alarm system installation - from cable runs to software configuration. * A strong communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders clearly. * Self-directed and organized - you manage your own queue and follow through without reminders. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Agile and able to pivot to new tasks quickly. * Applicants must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or obtain one within their first 90 days of employment. * Must have a valid driver's license and be accepted onto the company insurance.
