In compliance with state and federal law, Comprehensive Healthcare requires all candidates to successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check. ## Description The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading technology initiatives that support Comprehensive Healthcare's mission of delivering exceptional behavioral healthcare services. This role oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills who can build relationships across departments, navigate competing priorities, and drive projects from conception through implementation. The primary focus of this position is overseeing the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system while managing additional Information Technology initiatives, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) projects and other technology improvements that enhance organizational efficiency and patient care.
