## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, * 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting.

 * Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI (or similar tools).
 * Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
 * Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
 * Experience with process audit, quality control, continuous improvement, and data governance.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with strong organizational discipline.
 * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
 * Ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
 * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative to improve reporting, processes, and efficiencies.
 * Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred; AIM, C1, and/or ImageRight knowledge a plus.
 * Comfort with emerging technology, AI tools, and evolving operational environments.
 * Requires flexibility with work schedule; limited travel may be required.

## Description

General Description: The Business Analyst supports the business needs of the Operations team through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, while overseeing internal quality control audits to drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency., * Develop and maintain reporting aligned to operational performance and productivity metrics.

 * Build and enhance dashboards and automated reporting solutions (e.g., Power Bi)
 * Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for operational engagement and improvement.
 * Prepare executive-ready insights and materials for leadership meetings.
 * Conduct internal process and quality control audits to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
 * Identify process gaps and drive recommendations for standardization and improvement.
 * Support staffing and capacity planning based on production and workload trends (e.g., inventory levels and service level agreements).
 * Partner with Operations, Accounting, Training, and IT to align best practices and drive adoption.
 * Support data quality and integrity across systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
 * Assist with technology and AI initiatives, including testing, implementation, and performance measurement.
 * Execute ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
