## Description

We're looking for a founding backend engineer for a YC F25 startup to build the distributed systems that power their AI employees. From day one you'll own real systems and shape the future.

In any given week you'll be:

 * Designing and building complex backend systems and distributed infrastructure
 * Building the orchestration layer that runs our agents
 * Making decisions on reliability, performance, and data flow
 * Putting out whatever fire just flared up
 * Building internal tools so the whole team moves faster
 * Hacking quick prototypes to find out if they're useful
