Solutions include Live Chat, Knowledge, Case Lifecycle Management, Assignment Rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development and working with third-party tools and market-place solutions from the AppExchange. * Strong understanding of authentication and security protocols, including configuration of SAML and OAuth flows, and use of Salesforce application/platform security tools such as Snyk, AppOmni, or comparable solutions. * Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, leveraging both point-to-point integrations and middleware platforms * Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD tools such as Copado is preferred. * Strong communication and analytical skills. Metro Area. The incumbent will design and develop Solutions in Salesforce, work with Business Analysts, Architects, and other members in the team to help drive innovation using the Salesforce platform. This position requires an in-person interview at our HQ.
