This role blends Tier 1/2 help desk support with endpoint management, IT asset administration, Microsoft 365 administration, workforce onboarding/offboarding, and hands-on participation in technology projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing daily support needs while also taking ownership of operational systems such as Microsoft Intune, Zoom Rooms, and business software implementations. This role will also support Blach's adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies in a practical, secure, and well-documented way.
