## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software development?, * 2-5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem.

 * Working knowledge of:
 + Jira Service Management
 + Jira Software
 + Confluence
 + Assets (Insight)
 + Automation for Jira
 * Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management).
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
 * German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

## Description

On behalf of our partner Douglas, we seek the best talent to join rindus. Douglas is a retail company for beauty, health and cosmetic products in 19 European countries. We are collaborating to improve their main product channel, their e-commerce. With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).

What you'll be doing

 * Manage and prioritize the Jira Service Management product backlog.
 * Gather and translate business requirements into platform solutions.
 * Support the design and optimization of JSM workflows, SLAs, request types, portals, and automations.
 * Contribute to the adoption of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management best practices.
 * Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.
 * Support platform governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Monitor KPIs, reporting, and user feedback to drive enhancements.
