The VP of Information Technology (IT) will report directly to the President / COO and will sit in either our Corporate Office (Alpharetta, GA) or our St. Louis, MO Lab. This role will lead the stabilization and evolution of the company's infrastructure environment across cloud, network, and enterprise systems while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all business operations. The VP of IT will operate as both a strategic leader and operational executive, building and leading a high-performing IT organization while driving infrastructure decisions that directly support business growth, acquisitions, and operational efficiency. Position Responsibilities * Define and execute the company's IT infrastructure strategy, including cloud, network, systems, and end-user computing environments * Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with company growth, acquisitions, and operational scalability * Lead architecture direction across platforms (Azure, enterprise systems, integrations, etc.), ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization * Drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, system integration, and infrastructure standardization * Implement and improve processes across ITSM, infrastructure operations, and service delivery including disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection strategies. * Lead enterprise IT security strategy, including alignment with CMMC, ITAR, and regulatory requirements. * Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT organization, including infrastructure, applications, and service delivery teams. * Lead IT investments and ensure alignment with business strategy, growth, and operational efficiency. * Support and lead technology integration for acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding and scalability. * Identify opportunities where IT can drive margin improvement, productivity, and competitive advantage. * Own the IT department P&L and budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI on technology investments.
