## Description

Woerner Agribusiness is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple locations, ensuring our technology systems operate efficiently and securely.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in IT, enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, provides exceptional customer service, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the field of information technology., * Provide first-level technical support for employees in person, over the phone, and remotely.

 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, tablets, mobile devices, and other technology.
 * Set up workstations, user accounts, email, and software for new employees.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, internet, and connectivity issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
 * Assist users with Microsoft Business Central and other business applications.
 * Perform routine software installations, system updates, patches, and preventative maintenance.
 * Manage IT equipment inventory and maintain accurate documentation.
 * Coordinate repairs and warranty service with outside vendors when necessary.
 * Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management, password security, and user awareness.
 * Document support requests and maintain technical procedures.
 * Travel periodically to company locations to provide on-site support.
 * Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
