Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

 * 0-2 years of Project or Program Management experience
 * Engineering Project Management experience
 * Strong communication and leadership skills
 * Experience with MS Project, JIRA, or Asana
 * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

## Description

We are seeking a Project/Program Manager I to support engineering and business initiatives for OTIS. This role is ideal for an early-career project manager with an engineering background who can coordinate multiple projects, communicate with stakeholders, track schedules, manage risks, and help ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

 * Coordinate multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
 * Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones.
 * Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
 * Work with cross-functional engineering and business teams.
 * Track project risks and recommend mitigation plans.
 * Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
 * Utilize project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
 * Support strategic business initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
