## About the Role

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience

 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Superb attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
 * Ability to multi-task and work independently, * Prefer one (1) year of data entry experience. Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is preferred.

## Description

The Gift Management team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Database Records Specialist to support the accurate processing and maintenance of donor information. This position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of the donor database and the proper designation and acknowledgment of gifts using Salesforce. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 * Enter data related to donations, gifts, and donor information in Salesforce
 * Maintain database integrity by verifying and categorizing gift details, including type, biographical data, and research designation
 * Analyze gifts to determine appropriate designation to campaigns, appeals, or research programs
 * Prepare and send daily gift receipts and notifications to donors and honored parties or families
 * Run reports to support data accuracy and donor acknowledgment processes
 * Conduct research using the internet and print directories to validate or supplement donor and gift information
