## About the Role

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field plus 5 years of related experience, or MS plus 3 years' experience, or PhD graduate

 * Significant experience with Java, Linux, Computer Networking, and Cloud Integration
 * Experience with distributed systems, middleware, and AI
 * Creative problem solving and experimental design
 * Good oral and written communication skills
 * Work in a self-directed manner as part of a team
 * Ability to obtain US security clearance is required

## Description

* Work with a small team on cutting-edge research and development projects, focusing on AI based planning and scheduling
 * Design and develop prototype software using the latest open-source technologies
 * Receive and incorporate feedback from end users, field tests, and exercises
 * Explore technical possibilities collaboratively with motivated, world class colleagues
 * Deliver practical solutions to complex problems
