## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Design Contractor to support the modernization of internal business tools and employee-facing platforms. This role focuses on replacing legacy systems with modern, scalable, and user-centered solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with UX, Product Management, and Engineering teams to design intuitive workflows and development-ready interfaces aligned with enterprise standards and accessibility best practices.

Key Responsibilities User Experience & Interface Design

 * Design modern and intuitive user experiences for internal business applications
 * Transform legacy workflows into streamlined, user-centered interfaces
 * Create high-fidelity UX/UI designs ready for development handoff
 * Produce interaction specifications and design documentation for engineering teams

Design Systems & Accessibility

 * Apply and contribute to enterprise design systems
 * Ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all designs
 * Follow accessibility standards and usability best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 * Collaborate with:
 * Product Owners
 * Business Analysts
 * Engineering teams
 * Stakeholders
 * Participate in:
 * Requirement gathering
 * Planning sessions
 * Design refinement activities
 * Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Workflow Analysis & Improvement

 * Analyze existing legacy workflows and identify:
 * Gaps
 * Inefficiencies
 * Usability challenges
 * Recommend and design improved user experiences that enhance workflow efficiency

Usability & Iteration

 * Support usability testing and validation activities
 * Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback
 * Ensure final solutions align with enterprise standards and business goals
