## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Solid understanding of networking protocols, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP.

 * Skills in PC repair, deployment, and troubleshooting with a demonstrated technical background.
 * Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Description

We're partnering with a prominent fulfillment center, to find a talented IT Site Support Technician to support their on-site operations in Lewisberry, PA. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain system functionality in a fast-paced environment.

IT Site Support Tech Responsibilities:

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, application, and network issues to minimize operational disruptions.
 * Assist and educate users by providing clear solutions and fostering positive support interactions.
 * Manage and document help desk tickets accurately, analyzing issues to ensure timely resolutions.
 * Collaborate with internal and external IT teams as well as operational management to address IT challenges efficiently.
 * Support various IT functions, including PC repair, deployment, and liquidation, in a dynamic setting., * Proven experience supporting PCs within a Windows Active Directory environment.
