Candidates must be able to work in Linden during the transition and remain with the company through the move., * BS Degree in the field of computer information systems, information technology or computer science required. * Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and hardware. * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Communicate effectively with management to provide status updates, ensure compliance with NISPOM requirements and provides guidance on security related questions or concerns. * Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA A+ preferred. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Experience with network equipment such as managed switches and next-generation firewalls. * Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Efficient troubleshooting abilities. * Self-motivated, capable of working independently and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. * Must be US citizen and eligible for or have active DoD Secret Security Clearance. ## Description The System/Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization?s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will maintain and support the company's network and information systems environment, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.
