## About the Role

Do you have experience in Telehealth therapy?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Five years of related work experience in information systems support.

 * Experience in client server-based technologies and personal computer technologies
 * Must be a team player with initiative, organizational skills and analytical abilities.
 * A minimum of five years of supporting information systems.
 * Minimum of three years PC-oriented experience including hardware and basic networking.
 * Job requires the ability to design, support, and monitor telehealth hardware and software systems.

## Description

* The TeleHealth Analyst will be responsible for implementing telehealth/telemedicine technologies across the McLeod Health organization.
 * Required to coordinate and facilitate telehealth and conferencing sessions.
 * Serves as a coordinator between clients and IT personnel for use of equipment, problem resolution and project evaluation.
 * Participates in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide round the clock client support.
 * Other duties as assigned.
