## Description

* Enter, maintain, and update constituent and gift records, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the database.
 * Reconcile gift transactions with accounting, manage coding updates, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
 * Assist with donor acknowledgment processes, including receipt generation, tracking, reporting, and related donor communications.
 * Support database organization and maintenance through record audits, data cleanup, SOP documentation, filing, and ongoing quality control.
 * Prepare reports, queries, and data exports, and assist with email marketing distribution lists and communications through Mailchimp and integrated database systems.
