## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems analysis?, * Must be able to configure, test, troubleshoot and run Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico.

 * Must have experience and expertise in the Mexico specific regulatory requirements needed to support a payroll implementation.
 * Oracle Payroll Certification preferred
 * Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
 * Solid experience performing analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for HRMS production and development environments
 * Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
 * Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
 * Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
 * Familiarity with Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred.
 * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS applications, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service, and Talent Management.
 * Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 * Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
 * Configure and maintain HRMS system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles.
 * Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support HRMS data queries and reporting needs.
 * Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HRMS applications.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS application issues, including debugging and resolving production defects.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications.
 * Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HRMS technologies and industry trends.
 * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
